Biography : Experience/Specialization Allison leads the Global FINEX Financial Institutions line of business within Willis Towers Watson’s Corporate Risk and Broking segment. In this role, Allison has responsibility for the strategic direction of the company’s FINEX Financial Institutions colleagues and client portfolios worldwide. Global FINEX Financial Institutions is comprised of a team of client advisors, placement specialists, operational risk consultants, manuscript wordings experts and claims advocates who specialize in advising banks, alternative lending firms, insurance companies, asset managers, REITs, FinTech companies and corporate service providers on the Financial and Executive Liability (FINEX) lines of coverage. As Global Head of FINEX Financial Institutions, Allison oversees all of the company’s FINEX client engagements with financial institutions; leads the development of creative risk solutions for financial institutions across the FINEX product lines; and is responsible for driving growth in this business globally. Allison also provides strategic advice to some of Willis Towers Watson’s largest and most complex financial institutions clients. She has developed special expertise advising companies that are distressed and/or facing significant litigation or regulatory proceedings. Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson in 2013, Allison worked for Marsh in their FINPRO practice as a client advisor to financial institutions. Allison began her career in the US House of Representatives where she worked as an aide to the Honorable Dave Camp (MI-04), Chairman of the Ways and Means Subcommittee on Select Revenue Measures. Education and Credentials Allison holds a BA in History from Trinity College and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. Allison is a frequent speaker at insurance industry events such as the Risk Management Society (RIMS) annual conference, the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS) D&O Symposium and the American Bankers Association (ABA) Risk Management Forum. She also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the PLUS Foundation, an industry charitable organization associated with PLUS, and is an active participant in PLUS’ Diversity & Inclusion initiatives including the Women’s Leadership Network.
